Riding solo, I had about 240lbs of weight in the boat. It took a couple strokes to get moving at that weight but the boat had good tracking and speed, better than my friends Hyside which is over twice the price! The hard bottom flooring is so stable I could literally stand in the boat to scout short rapids. This saved us lots time and energy over the 6 day trip. At some points I used the boat like a paddle board, standing and rowing, to give my back and butt a rest from sitting 8+ hours a day in the boat. I could also pick the boat up and carry it over my shoulder with all my gear strapped in it by turning it on its side and lifting from the middle, another huge plus! There were multiple rapids with the most difficult being class III at low water, this boat handled them all with ease.

My main complaint is the same as other peoples, the drainage seems very slow. The hard flooring presses against the side tubing and prevents water from draining. There were times the boat was completely full of water and spilling over the sides, it took 45-60 seconds for the boat to drain completely. I included a photo about 30 seconds after a rapid and there is still 2-3 inches of water in the boat. My single person kayaks have the same flooring but shaped like an hour glass so the water self bail better. Also, the inflatable tubes seem smaller and the boat slightly more narrow than other inflatables.
